Returns & Refunds policy

If You Receive A Damaged Or Incorrect Item:

Please report it to customer service within 15 days of the invoice date. We will send you a USPS return label with a pre-assigned return authorization (RA) number. Upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect item, we will send out a new item immediately (unless it is back-ordered, in which case we will contact you). All returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement or refund.

If You Are Not Happy With The Item You Ordered:

Please let us know within 15 days of the invoice date. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Upon receipt of the item, we will credit your account the original purchase price (less shipping).

For all returns, please mark the shipping carton (not the gift box) “ATTENTION RETURN DEPT.” The Return Authorization number must appear on the shipping carton to the left of the return address. The returned item must be in the original product packaging.

We will not be able to accept your return if it arrives back at our warehouse greater than 30 days from the purchase date or if it is not accompanied by a Return Authorization.
