Shipping Policy

If you cannot find the answer to your question below, please feel free to email us. Our Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM EST.

Domestic US Shipping:

  • We provide free domestic shipping on orders over $69.

  • All orders will be processed within (2) business days upon payment approval. We ship out packages Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 4 pm will be processed the next day.

  • Based on your selected shipping method at checkout, below is your estimated shipping time:

    • USPS First Class: 2-6 days in general

    • USPS Priority Mail: 1-4 days in general

    • USPS Priority Express: 1-2 days in general

*Shipping upgrade is available at checkout.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING DETAILS

We do not offer same-day shipping. Also, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

In-stock items generally ship 1-2 business days after you place your order. When choosing your shipping method.

For out-of-stock and preorder items, please note the approximate product availability date listed on the page display and use the email notification request to be updated when the item is back in stock. We'll let you know as soon as it has returned!

LOST PACKAGES

For issues with delivery or tracking, please first reach out directly to the shipping company. In some cases, carriers might mark a shipment as ‘delivered’ prematurely. They may also need information from you in order to complete the delivery.

If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, contact us at homemodernoriental@gmail.com within two weeks of the tracking number’s delivery date. Please include your order number in your email and we’ll help you out! Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
